You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering via Paynow / Paylah or Fund Transfer, other forms of payment accepted for delivery is Cash on Delivery.

Vinestry LLP reserves the right to apply price changes and correct any errors at all times. If an order placed by the client is subject to such a price change, the client shall be entitled to cancellation free of charge.

Vinestry LLP will not be held liable for any resulting damages.

Your order will remain as an offer until you have received a Confirmation of Order.

Any reserved wine(s) will be kept with us for 14 days.

After 14 days we will release the wine(s) to other customers with or with our prior notice, unless full payment is made.

All offers by Vinestry LLP are free of engagement and they are made with the reservation of availability of the product.

When inadvertently a product is no longer in stock we will inform you as soon as possible.

Vinestry LLP will not be held liable for any resulting damages or inconvenience. 

Discount codes are non-transferrable in nature.

Discount codes are only valid if they are inputted during check out.

Discount codes cannot be used for sales items.

Discount codes cannot be used along with credit note.

Delivery will be made only on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2pm to 5pm. Purchases above $300 will be entitled for complimentary delivery on our delivery days.

Any delivery on non-delivery days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) there will be a surcharge of $20 per location.

We aim to deliver product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. If the incorrect delivery address is confirm and on route, charges will apply to rescheduling with no exceptions.

Should there be a change of address after our delivery personnel have left, addition charges will apply with no exceptions.

We will do our best to deliver the goods at the agreed time, however we are not liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your order. We shall let customers know if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date / time.

Urgent delivery will be available at a cost of $30 per location, kindly contact us during our operating hours.

We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expense arising out of late delivery.

We deliver to ANY location in Singapore (except Tuas, Jurong East / West, Jurong Island and Sentosa).

Delivery to Tuas, Jurong East / West, Jurong Island and Sentosa is possible with additional fee of $30.

Upon delivery of the product(s), you must inspect the product(s) immediately, in case of any faults, you should hold on to the documents and packaging delivered with the product and contact us at +65 8899 5038 or sales@vinesty.com.sg within 24 hours.

For cash on delivery payment, you agree to pay in cash when you receive the product(s).

For payment you can do fund transfer to our bank account. For paynow/paylah it will be to our UEN No. T23LL1092A

Please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you based on the contact details you have provided when you placed your order to arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We ship wines globally, but it is the recipient's responsibility to obtain any necessary documents and cover any taxes or duties required for successful delivery.

Receiver will bear the full cost including taxes, duties and any charges for overseas shipment

Overseas shipment provided by Vinestry LLP will be Zero Rated GST.

Should the item(s) not be delivered 2 month after full payment, there will be storage fees charged by Vinestry LLP unless stated otherwise.

Storage fees will start at SGD $0.50 / per day for every 75cl.

The item(s) will only be released from cellar when the storage fee have been paid in full with no exceptions.

Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

Payment would be required prior to delivery

Fund transfer payments have to be made before delivery and transaction details are to be provided.

Payment for all cancelled orders cannot be reversed, a credit note will be issued instead.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for us to process the order. We will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect / insufficient payment details provided.

We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any natural disaster and unavoidable incident, actions of third parties (including without limitation, hackers, suppliers, government, quasi-governmental, supranational or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, restrains or detainments of any competent authority, strikes, or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, natural disaster, accidental third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or internet failure), equipment or transportation (“Event of Force Majeure”), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.

Either you or we may terminate a contract forthwith by written notice to the other in the even that the Event of Force Majeure lasts for a period of two business days or more, in which event neither you nor we shall be liable to the other by reason of such termination (other than or the refund of a product already paid for you and not delivered).

We warrant that the product(s) will be delivered undamaged or in stated condition in the quantities ordered.

Before delivery, we will check the condition of item(s) before delivering item(s).

Upon receipt, the client must check the delivery for damage or missing products without delay.

Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to the company according to guidelines provided. 

Returns/Exchange will only be done for item(s) that have been purchased within 7 days, original invoice and in original condition. Request for returns/exchange for items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

Returns/Exchange is case to case basis and all decisions/conclusion are final.

We may offer credit note factoring in any perceived loss of value due to handling by buyer, as determined in our sole discretion.

All wines purchased are at buyer’s risk and upon payment.

Buyer accepts all of our terms and conditions upon payment.

Vinestry LLP / www.vinestry.com.sg will not be applicable for any bottles or spirits that has been opened or altered.

Cork taint is a wine fault which primary cause is the presence of chemical compound TCA 2-4-6, which can only be detected upon opening of the bottle.

Wines are natural products and it is beyond us to control everything that happens in the winery, hence we do not provide refund/exchange or any form of compensation should they be fatigued, corked or tainted in anyway.

Wines with mouldy corks are not qualified for an exchange or refunds. Mould on the corks are evidence the wine has been left to mature in a good conditioned environment.

Return/Exchange will be duly declined should there be any damage or fault with the wine(s) that have already been stated in our wine list or informed before delivery.

Ensure that any returned wine is at least 80% full for our assessment. Our experts' determination regarding the quality of the wine is conclusive, and we do not accept any disputes on their findings.

All returns/exchange have to be done within 7 working days (14 days for international customers) from the date item(s) was delivered. Customers are to mail the item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Vinestry LLP will not proceed on with the return if the item(s) does not reach us and are not liable for any loss mails (for international customers).

We shall keep a record of your order and these Terms and Conditions until 5 years after we have accepted your order.

You shall not assign, transfer, novate, charge, sub-contract, create any trust over or deal in any other manner with these Terms and Conditions or a Contract or all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Condition or a contract.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or a contract shall create any trust over or deal in any other manner with these Terms and Conditions or a Contract or all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions or a Contract.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or a Contract shall create or be deemed to create or partnership, an agency or a relationship of employer or employee between you and us.

No person who is not a party of these Terms and Conditions or a contract shall acquire any rights under it or be entitled to benefit from any of its terms even if that person has replied on any such term or has indicated to any party to these Terms and Condition its assent to any such term.

These Terms and Condition and a Contract (and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singaporean Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
