Shipping policy

Local Deliveries

Delivery will be made only on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2pm to 5pm. Purchases above $200 will be entitled for complimentary delivery on our delivery days.

Any delivery on non-delivery days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) there will be a surcharge of $20 per location.

We aim to deliver product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. If the incorrect delivery address is confirm and on route, charges will apply to rescheduling with no exceptions.

Should there be a change of address after our delivery personnel have left, addition charges will apply with no exceptions.

We will do our best to deliver the goods at the agreed time, however we are not liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your order. We shall let customers know if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date / time.

Urgent delivery will be available at a cost of $30 per location, kindly contact us during our operating hours.

We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expense arising out of late delivery.

We deliver to ANY location in Singapore (except Tuas, Jurong East / West, Jurong Island and Sentosa).

Delivery to Tuas, Jurong East / West, Jurong Island and Sentosa is possible with additional fee of $30.

Upon delivery of the product(s), you must inspect the product(s) immediately, in case of any faults, you should hold on to the documents and packaging delivered with the product and contact us at +65 8899 5038 or sales@vinesty.com.sg within 24 hours.

For cash on delivery payment, you agree to pay in cash when you receive the product(s).

For payment you can do fund transfer to our bank account. For paynow/paylah it will be to our UEN No. T23LL1092A

Please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you based on the contact details you have provided when you placed your order to arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Receiver will bear the full cost including taxes, duties and any charges for overseas shipment

Overseas shipment provided by Vinestry LLP will be Zero Rated GST.
